Your jewellery is so different to any other jeweller, I look in other jewellery shops whenever I’m away but never buy anything as it’s nothing like yours. I always find exactly what I need in your shop, it’s affordable, good quality and great service.

Went in a few weeks ago about my parent's wedding rings. I wanted them connected together. As mums was so thin as she hadn’t taken it off the whole 60+ years they were married. I had tried at a few different jewellers in Brisbane. They wanted to charge me to ‘adjust’ mums ring to fit better with dads, at a cost of over $1000 to do. When I went to Coombers and explained to the helpful lady, she understood and said that they could do it. With no alterations to mums ring. They kept me notified about what was happening. It was awesome service and I felt they understood the assignment

I bought my honey a small set of single studded diamond ear rings for her birthday this 13 Feb. With only minutes before the store was to close, I was given wonderful one on one service with warm, patient & concise guidance to choose what was absolutely a beautiful set that I felt totally happy with them. Back home, my honey tried them on but one of the clips wasn't working quite as it should, although they fitted perfectly and looked amazing. Next day it was just a quick trip back into the store and the staff quickly remedied the issue and now she is wearing them almost every day.
